Salesman was straightforward, and never tried to pressure a sale, telling us to go away and think about it if we were unsure. A previous garage visited had said the deal being offered was only available there and then. Not a way to do business in my world. Volkswagen garage was also very pleasant when the car was collected, and time was taken to make me feel special with my new car, which was appreciated

I got a packet of Lovehearts!!! Everyone was friendly, when asking questions the answers were giving in a straightforward manner, the staff seems happy to work there. I needed my car fairly urgently but wanted an automatic so they searched on the database for what was available with the specs I wanted (5 door air con any colour but red preferred) and I got the Mayan blue (which was my first choice anyway) the only thing I would have changed if I was ordering it to be made for me is that I wouldn't have had the expensive alloys that are on the car. I also wanted reversing sensors and they had been ready fitted when I picked the car up, so I was a very happy bunny!!
