Hello, my car developed a problem towards the end of its extended warranty. The team at Skipton reviewed the problem, agreed that it needed fixing, and sorted it out without any quibble at all, everyone was extremely efficient and accommodating. I bought my car largely because of the service I have received both from the sales person and manager. There were many other cars that could have tempted me but their attention to personal needs and listening to the customer was superior to almost all other dealerships that we visited. Well done!
Sir, I know most of the time people only get in touch to complain, however I feel you should know about the excellent service I received at Mansfield parts department. We own four Volkswagens and do not need selling on the brand, but credit where credit is due, a parts advisor helped me resolve a parts order problem which a VW specialist ¯ in Germany failed to resolve. And yes they were only doing their job, but with professionalism, courtesy and in a friendly manner and explaining how they had ensured I received the correct part. I thanked them for their help but felt compelled to write to you about their attitude towards myself as a customer which I felt to be fantastic. Kindest regards, Mark.

Having just purchased a new Tiguan from the dealership I thought that I should make a comment on how well I was treated by your sales rep, before, during and after the sale was concluded. From the moment they introduced themselves nothing was too much trouble, they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and this resulted in my experience being a very positive one. I was taken through everything thoroughly e.g. the vehicle operation, infotainment system and the vehicle spec's etc. It is because of my experience at your dealership, that I would certainly recommend Volkswagen and this dealership to friends and relatives.
I purchased a car from a sales person last April and rang them on Tuesday as my sister was looking to purchase a Polo. Once again the service we have received from them has been outstanding. They were extremely helpful and my sister bought a car from them on Tuesday afternoon.
I just wanted to tell you I have been looking for a car since last October for my daughter for her 17th birthday on the 14th March 2020. I deliberated for several weeks about safety and quality and landed on a VW Polo but was advised to wait until early this year to look at detail. I have spent hours looking at Polo's and everyone was really helpful. I do feel the need to say a special thankyou to the sales person who made the experience so much easier. I found the car at Lincoln some 140 miles away and I telephoned and explained to them my position.They said not to worry they would do everything to help. This included videos of two cars. They made sure I was comfortable with my choice, offered to pick me up at the railway station which they did on the 17th January 2020. Their caring and supportive nature shone through. This day was their day off on leave and they even came in to work to sort out my test drive and ultimate sale. I cannot thank them enough for this and would ask you too send my thanks and wish them well in what will ultimately be a successful career. Many thanks all of you.
