How refreshing it was when coming into contact with your Bristol Street Motors branch at Lincoln, to be greeted with polite enthusiasm on the switchboard and be put through to Daniel, who could not have been more professional and helpful.

It was obvious from the outset that Daniel was fully conversant with the attributes of the car about which I was enquiring and provided me with all the information I required, sufficient to encourage me to feel comfortable in placing a holding fee/deposit on the car in question...unseen! Not a procedure I have ever before undertaken.

Travelling 160 miles from my home, on arrival at your showrooms, I was warmly greeted by Daniel and enjoyed a preliminary chat with him.
To my mind Daniel is as a good salesman should be - professional, personable, conversant with the products he is selling and prepared to take that "extra" step that makes all the difference. All in all a credit to your company. Moreover, the other members of staff with whom I came into contact were very friendly, efficient and helpful, generally contributing to a customers feeling of being valued.
