Just over a fortnight ago I visited your Mansfield branch looking for a used Volkswagen Polo. You had nothing at that point that I was interested in. Rather than me leaving with nothing and looking elsewhere one of your salesmen spent time speaking to me and finding out all my (many) requirements. He then searched for a car matching all of these requirements and importantly matching my budget. Unfortunately The Salesman had to ring to say one I was potentially interested in had just been reserved and again knowing what I was after he again spent time and located another one for me which I liked the sound of. He reserved the car for me and had it brought to Mansfield for me to look at. I visited and checked the car which I liked and other than a couple of minor issues which he had rectified it was exactly what I was looking for, so I purchased the car which I collected yesterday. I would like to say that the Salesman gave us excellent customer service every step of the way, he was never pushy in any way, was extremely helpful also very polite and friendly. He was the reason we purchased from Volkswagen Mansfield and will visit again in the future.

Winners in national Motability Awards for Best Practice in Customer Service

Motability Dealer Awards - 2014

North East based Vertu Motors is celebrating a double-win securing Dealer Group of the Year and Dealer of the Year for Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle in the national, annual Motability Dealer Awards - which recognise outstanding customer service with the Motability Car Scheme.

The Motability Dealer Awards programme is designed to reward best practise and ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the nationwide car dealer network. The Awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Scheme to customers, and is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their Motability performance. The Motability Dealer Awards programme includes regional, quarterly prizes which were awarded during 2014, with all quarterly winners then automatically entered into the nominations for the annual award prizes.

Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle is celebrating after being announced as Motability Dealer of the Year, the second year in a row that the dealership has taken top prize.
