I bought my car largely because of the service I have received both from the sales person and manager. There were many other cars that could have tempted me but their attention to personal needs and listening to the customer was superior to almost all other dealerships that we visited. Well done!

I just wanted to tell you I have been looking for a car since last October for my daughter for her 17th birthday on the 14th March 2020. I deliberated for several weeks about safety and quality and landed on a VW Polo but was advised to wait until early this year to look at detail. I have spent hours looking at Polo's and everyone was really helpful. I do feel the need to say a special thankyou to the sales person who made the experience so much easier. I found the car at Lincoln some 140 miles away and I telephoned and explained to them my position.They said not to worry they would do everything to help. This included videos of two cars. They made sure I was comfortable with my choice, offered to pick me up at the railway station which they did on the 17th January 2020. Their caring and supportive nature shone through. This day was their day off on leave and they even came in to work to sort out my test drive and ultimate sale. I cannot thank them enough for this and would ask you too send my thanks and wish them well in what will ultimately be a successful career. Many thanks all of you.

Full marks to all the team involved in the recent service of my Passat Estate. I called into the dealership to enquire about servicing a couple of weeks before and was seen by the Service Manager. He was fantastic; friendly, courteous and very professional, I was very impressed with the exceptionally high levels of customer service. There's no doubt I will be coming back in the future and would whole heartedly recommend this dealership to any of my friends!

I must have appeared anxious and explained that I just wanted someone to look at my car before everyone went home at 5pm. He asked about the problem and when I explained, he reassured me he would look at my car immediately. He managed to get into the boot and although the cause of my difficulty isn't entirely clear, he explained how, should the problem arise again, I could get round it by releasing the manual catch from inside the car after folding down the rear seats. I don't know the technician's name but I'm sure you could track this down. I just want to say that his attitude to me was exemplary throughout and a great advert for VW's customer service. It is this sort of attitude that encourages loyalty from customers and I hope you will pass on my appreciation to the technician concerned as well as to those who dealt with me when I phoned in an agitated state.

It is now just over one week since I took delivery of my new VW Polo and I just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying getting to know it. This was helped tremendously by the exemplary delivery experience. I would not hesitate to recommend you to family, friends and colleagues.

As a restorer of a now classic 1970s/1980s watercooled VWs, I would like to thank the Parts Manager who was not only interested, but has taken the time to a) find out if the parts are available and b) ensuring that the parts are correct for the vehicle by double-checking against the ETKA diagrams before placing the order.
